3. Documents and intellectual property
Datasheets, drawings, manuals and white papers are provided for evaluation and tendering. They remain the property of Shenzhen Hatch Power Technology Co., Ltd. They may not be resold, redistributed for commercial gain, or used to manufacture competing products.
4. Quotations
Budgetary prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and exclude duties, taxes, inland transport and site works unless expressly included.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong.
