HATCH ships its 500th containerized data center module
Milestone covers 20 ft and 40 ft IT pods delivered to telecom, mining and colocation clients across 18 countries, with a combined IT load of 96 MW.
HATCH reached a production milestone this quarter with the shipment of its 500th containerized data center module since the product line launched. The cumulative installed base now represents roughly 96 MW of critical IT load across 18 countries.
The 500 modules span standard 20 ft IT pods, 40 ft mixed-use modules and liquid-cooled variants for high-density AI clusters. More than 40% of shipments in the last twelve months went to South-East Asia and the Middle East, where rapid deployment schedules of 8–12 weeks continue to drive demand for prefabricated infrastructure.
"Prefabrication is no longer the alternative — for many of our clients it is the default," said the company's overseas sales director. "A containerized pod arrives pre-integrated, pre-tested and ready to energize, which removes most of the site-work risk from the project plan."
HATCH's manufacturing base in Shenzhen operates two dedicated container integration lines with in-house FAT capability, including full load-bank testing before dispatch.
